At this point I feel like it's just a pile on and can't really do much more damage. I already think tress is going to be out, so whatever comes out won't change anything.

Good news is. We will get by this and still won't go through what Michigan has the last few years.

Time to relax and just let whatever happens, happen. Big deal.

I'm almost at the point where I wouldn't be opposed to something minor surfacing just so Gee and Smith finally get rid of Tressel. It's hard for me to imagine Tressel being the long term coach at OSU. And if a change is made, better now than later.

Fire him and get it over with. Roll with Fickell this season and either go with him if he is successful or go big to try and reel in Meyer or another big name coach. Highly doubtful that we'll strike twice with a lower level named coach.

All I know is that out of all of this mess, Ohio State football will still survive and thrive. Even this season, with all of this bullshit that is going on, we'll be contending for a B10 championship and that means a NC if the chips fall correctly. Just need to get through the first part of the schedule and pray that the transition of the criminals into the lineup is a smooth one.

yea makes sense to go after meyer. isnt that the same guy that buckeye nation blasted for wrong doing at florida? oh BTW how did the national championship go for you this past season.? i remember you stating you were headed to glenadale. havent heard from you since you pulled that disappearing act after the wisky loss.

The difference between my posts about OSU and yours is that I can be objective. I am a fan, but I have been relatively unbiased about the entire mess that OSU has been in these past few months. I think it is time for Tressel to go (and have posted this many times) and I have repeatedly posted about how I want the Tat 5 off the team. You on the other hand only hate on OSU and have never once been objective, you let your bias do all the talking.

No matter how bad some of you think OSU has broken rules, FSU was 20x worse all thru the 90s and they barely got slapped on the wrist. Even the stuff that forced Bowden out was weak compared to what they used to do. Way worse than OSU.
However, things have changed thanks to the media and Tressel's dirty laundry has been aired out. He has broken rules at YSU and OSU. Serious rules at OSU. He should have resigned already. Because he did not, the media keeps digging dirt until they hit water and sling mud.

They guy on BP said the SI article should be pretty tame he is more worried about local stories that are due up after the SI story comes out.

But he almost sounds like he has accepted what is going on and is fine as long as they keep winning. Is that going to be the new standard?
