how is everyone's battery life doing with the bionic? mine is taking a dump. only lasting about 6 hours. didnt even make it 4 hours when i went to the browns game. about 80% of my battery is being used between the phone idle and cell standby or whatever it is. i even tried last night turning the off the data after the phone was idle for 15 minutes, didnt help much.

Your could turn lte off while not using, turn screen brightness from auto and manage it with brightness widget from market, turn haptic feedback off, etc...

none of those things are draining the battery though. the phone gets hot too. from what i have read, its something with the cell radio and looking for signals or something.

In light of the article last week of the guy who caught his wife with the secret iphone app tracker...i was wondering how can you check and see if one of those is on your phone if there hidden? this girl im dating went thru my phone while i was sleeping the other day and wigged out...i just started thinking that she had my phone to herself for several hours she could have put something like that or worse on my phone.

I think I've heard (with the TBolt) that it struggles when in a fringe LTE area, constantly switching back-and-forth or looking for the LTE signal. I think there are apps you can use to force it to one or the other. If you're in a fringe area, you want to force it to 3G.

not my girlfriend but she is crazy...my question is even if i dump her she could still find me or have my texts forwarded etc...

the iphone isnt that complicated. if you're worried about it just do a factory restore in itunes

Settings -> Location and Security -> Select Device Administrators ->

If she installed anything that can be "hidden" that spies on you, it'd likely be listed in here.

Though girls are pretty stupid, so I doubt she did.

yeah i was at the browns game the one time it happend, no a fringe area, but probably with so many people in the area it was doing that. what i have done is used the task manager program like crazy. any programs that dont need to be running i set to "auto end". i also stopped all google apps (gmail, etc) from checking for data since i dont use them. its helped big time.

If you honestly have to worry about something like that, then you shouldn't / don't need to be with the girl (or guy).

tru...i was very surprised she did it because we arent even bf/gf.... but i can understand why..shes young only 24 and also i have been doing some shady stuff lately....but she apologized so it wasnt quite a deal breaker. she is a lot of fun and its good for now plus winter is coming

You sound young. Trust me brother... I was in a SIMILAR situation no less than a year ago. Fun might seem great, but trust me... there's something better out there and you'll realize it once you find it. There are plenty of people out there who can be "fun" and you don't have to worry about suspicious sh!t.

im 38...and i get what your saying but no use in being lonely while im out trying to find that person...i like to have someone to have a meal/happy hour once or twice a week and the rest of the week i do my own thing. i also hang out with other girls. i am honest with her about this she knows i went thru a break up and am not ready to have a girlfriend and she knows i date others...i think her curiosity just got the best of her and she was drinking.
