Near perfect game? Defensively maybe but the Bulls are the best defensive team in the NBA. The Bulls shot 43% from the field and 85% from the line. The Heat shot 47% from the field and 100% from the line. The Bulls outrebounded the Heat but thats was expected also. Although with Joel Anthony being on the Heat it might be a surprise to you.

The difference was the offensive boards and 2nd chance shots--they took 19 more shots than the Heat. That's what won it for them. I think they'll shoot near that percentage all series, the Heat just can't let them have that many more shots.

But I didn't expect them to win it all this year and if they don't win this series I won't be shocked--but this place is going to go ape shit for sure if they don't. You may be right, but just checked the 3 regular season games and the Bulls shot over 45.9% in 2 of the 3 games(41.5% in the other) and for the year they shot over 46% as a team. The killer though was the offensive boards like you said. Without those the Bulls shooting percentage would have been even worse most likely.

Yeah, take those games with a grain of salt though. LeBron didn't play in one, best defender on the team. They played maybe their worst game of the year when they were apparently crying after--that was during a rough stretch that everyone knew they would have at some point. And defense is usually more stingy in the post season--and like I said, you look at their roster and they don't have a bunch of high percentage guys--Rose sure isn't. I thought they shot the ball pretty well, they did a good job of hitting shots in big spots and putting runs together tonight. And the Heat, who are the best rotation and recovery team in the league defensively, were taken out of that because of those O-boards. Shit happens, correctable problems though, the rest of the games should definitely be more competitive regardless of who wins them.

You re-sign and sign 3 of the best players in the league, guys who AREN'T rookies, and you're going to show them off.
