I get that, but you seem to be a major fan of pro sports only for the most part, while I follow college sports a lot more. Therefore, even though he will be playing for the Steelers, I have a hard time not hoping Cameron Heyward does well because he was a Buckeye and did us proud while there. Same thing for Lebron, I was a Cavs fan before Lebron and a Lebron fan before he was with the Cavs, I can't help but to hope Lebron does well.
I mean it is just a form of entertainment. If somebody wants to cheer for a certain team or player, why is it a big deal to anybody else? Yeah it is fun to give somebody crap for cheering for the Yankees or the Celtics, especially if they have no other reason to cheer for them except that they are good, but at the end of the day, it really isn't very important who somebody else cheers for and for what reasons.
