Seems like a lot of people were talking about LeBron "exorcising his Celtics demons" in this series and how he talked about "not being able to beat this team alone". My question to you all is, is anyone willing to actually argue that the Celtics team the Heat just beat are even a shell of the teams that LeBron and the Cavs faced in 2008 and 2010? I'm not going to go into hypothetical things like whether or not last year's Cavs team (or even the 08 or 09 team) would've had much trouble with this year's Celtics...but I think you'd be hard pressed to say that this Celtics team (year older, injured Rondo, injured Shaq, no Perkins, weren't peaking, etc.) was as good as either of those other teams that reached the finals.
If that's the case, why is the win by LeBron and the Heat being portrayed as such a "vindication"?

I understand his chance of a lifetime statement, don't really even disagree. But he could have and should have said this a long time ago.

Lebron's apology is a joke. He knew he was leaving way before the "Decision" and he gave the Cavs absolutely no heads up to make adjustments to their roster. The Cavs found out the same way me you and everyone else did. You can't slap an organization any more in the face than that. He was asked several times if he wanted to apologize to Cavs fans and the organization months ago and each time he said he has nothing to apologize for. All of a sudden, AFTER they make it to the Conf Finals he wants to apologize.
For you to say his "decision" was done to raise money for charities and is obligated to please the "Media" is freaking joke and that it was someone else's idea and "brainchild". If you think Lebron is so dumb as to agree to do something that he supposedly didn't want to do then your head is farther up his behind than even I imagined.
