On the post game Dusty said he didn't want to take Edinson out, but he hurt his big toe.

Right, but I'm saying a small sample size he played well, at the end of the season if I remember correctly. His poor numbers last year were due to experience (or lack thereof) and not being accustomed to major league pitching. I agree spots in the lineup make a difference, but in this case I think it would have been irrelevant what position he played, he still would have struggled.
