That was a little better there, don't ya say?

And the 3rd was better than the 2nd!

Rolen couldn't get his bat on the far out pitch on the hit and run, hanging Votto out to dry on the CS. Dusty got snookered on that one! No reason to hit and run when the hole is already 75' wide to RF - why risk the CS when that hole is already there. CS causes it to be just 2-1 on the Gomes blast rather than a tie game!

That was a shot from Gomes, that swing looked kind of awkward too.

EV with 2 Ks to start the 4th. I think Dusty should start with the set-up man in the first when Edinson is pitching, then bring him in in the second lol.

Seriously Edison Volquez's stuff is just sick, hopefully he can keep his control.

Heisey with a homerun too. Hopefully he didn't do anything to upset Latos.

Heisey almost hit one in his first AB

I'd keep him in the leadoff spot while he's hot

Good 7th for Jordan Smith with 14 pitches, so Dusty should leave him in to pitch in the 8th until he allows a runner and a lefty is batting, then Bray if it comes to that.

You and me both. I was planning on just going to bed early and not watching the game since I have to get up at 7 but I just keep watching.

With the lefty going tomorrow for SD, put him in right for Bruce, and bat Stubbs in the lower 3rd of the line-up.

Nearly a blown opportunity by Hernandez, bailed out by a great play by Rolen to dig it and get the tag over on the foot!

That was really close, but thought he looked safe. Great play by Hernandez to go there and great play by Rolen.

When Rolen hangs it up in a year or two, I think Reds fans will miss his glove more than his bat. He is a tremendous third baseman.
