Yes, there is a certain bit of irony about some non-Pittsburgh fans desire to constantly talk about the Pens with a glass half-empty approach when they've taken a negative "YOU IDIOT TROLL" attitude towards a couple of posters that regularly take a similar contrary attitude on Cleveland threads. But there's no rule against that. It's not like anyone ever modded Dynasty for his posts on those threads, so I doubt anyone will mod them for simply expressing a contrary opinion here.

Constantly blowing up at opinions, causing the thread to be completely derailed...that's a different story. Try to keep things hockey-related and not "I HATE YOU" related and we'll all have a nice, fun time arguing on the merits of...whatever we're arguing about today.

That's probably my main deviation from CoA's series predictions in the post you quoted. I agree that Vancouver/Chicago will potentially be a very tough series. It's hard for me to believe the Canucks will be a playoff power like they were in the regular season.
