I know both players who were thought to have sold them have siad theirs are all accounted for...but I dont believe it really. Just embarrassed that it was on tv I bet.

Was i the only on who thougth they were really gold colored football pants an dnot some little charm pendant thingy?

No, you're not! I think the main reason i assumed they were gold colored pants is because I guess I thought giving players something of real actual value might be some sort of NCAA violations. If they can give the players gold pendents, why not bonds or stock options(something they can't cash in on until after they graduate)?

I thought that too. Didnt know they were allowed to reward players with valuable stuff for wins.

Thing is...I wonder how much those are actually cost and such. They are selling online for lik 50o bucks but I wonder how much they are worth. The probably get to spend so much on players...ya know for t shirts and other team gear and suc.

one of the pair of "gold" pants that was on Pawn Stars was actually starting to turn green, so that should indicate that the value is in what it stands for (beating tsun), not the $$$
