Making a school vacate wins is nothing but an empty "punishment" by the NCAA.

No, but mostly because I thought it was a joke he won over VY to begin with.
Yes, absolutely.
Yes, the same way I know that Ohio State made the Final Four in 1999.
I don't really have a list of best OSU QBs, but I don't see why that would be impacted either.
