I am currently getting back at it and recovering from a motorcycle accident where I had two badly fractured wrists and a pretty messed up knee. I took 3 months off from August-November but on Friday I hit 320 x5 deadlifting. I was sore as hell Saturday/Sunday but I'm not complaining lol.
