I have DISH HD and a new 120 hz samsung tv.......but have a damn border all around the picture on Idol....I've also noticed this on new videos on the music tv channels?

Is there a way to get this to fill in the screen without losing quality? I have to take it to partial zoom to fill in the screen....but lose some of my booming picture.

Dont know what you are talking about but at first I thought this was gonna be about your screen wasnt large enough to fit that one h u g e woman on it that didnt make the cut. She was a mountain of a woman.

check your DISH settings. Not the same as your TV settings, although check that too and make sure they are both 16:9
