Justin Verlander is now 22-5

He didn't pitch well surrendering 4 runs in 6 inn but had 8 K and his team picked him up in the top of the 7th scoring 5 runs to give him the eventual win.

Oswalt has a no hitter through 4.2 innings. Looks like he'll finish it no problem. Braves are helpless.

and Dale Scott overturns the call after Braves were in the dugout, then tosses Fredi. Good umpiring all around.

Lol @ Utley getting hit in the head and not even reacting. Most guys would be on the deck.

It is a mild concussion. After the game was over Chase said he still had a headache. They plan on sitting him out for a couple of days. They will activate Rollins tomorrow. They said it shouldn't keep Chase out more than a couple of days he will visit the team DR. Friday.

Jeff Francoeur does it again! It's the #1 play on SC. Also watched it on MLB11.

Michael Taylor who was just called up and with 1 career hit hit a line drive to RF and the announcer said " line drive solid base hit to right field...FRANCOUER IS THROWING TO FIRST.....welcome to the big leagues Michael Taylor" lol

And Taylor wasn't dogging it he got to first in about 4.1 seconds.....but he needed 3.9

No player that I have ever watched has made more unbelievable throws that end up making the victim just shake their head in disbelief. Taylor just looked out into RF shook his head and smiled....because Francouer had a huge smile already.

Love Frenchy!

The Phillies also announced that second baseman Chase Utley, who left Wednesday night's game after getting hit in the helmet by a pitch, did not accompany the team to Milwaukee. Utley will be examined by Dr. Rob Franks, a concussion specialist at the Rothman Institute.

The Francoeur play is now on the front of Yahoo.

After watching highlights of last night's game the Braves could've used their old RF last night to throw out the tying run.

Wouldn't have been the tying run. Heyward was 2-2 with 2 walks and a run scored. Frenchie 0-3.
