He shouldn't miss much time....I mean he swings like he's trying to kill a buffalo....he don't need no stinking muscle in the back of his leg.

Unless it's one of the legs he stands on

Fredi walks Ty Wiggington to get to CarGo with the game winning run at 2nd base. Should be interesting...

I don't understand walking Wigginton to get to him at all. If all he cares about is the lefty-lefty match up, why not bring in Kimbrel who was up in the pen to have righty-righty with a far inferior hitter?

CarGo when healthy is one of the best hitters in baseball......Ty Wigginton on steroids is not top 50. Easy math and over managing.

Is there a huge fight or something in the Padres/Marlins game?

I was checking updates and SD scored 3 more runs on top of last nights juggernaut.......said game was delayed due to play in the 2nd inning?

Desmond Jennings promoted from AAA Durham to Tampa. BJ Upton insisting he hasn't been traded.

Something is afoot in St.Pete

Doug Fister is a quality arm. Not sure where he would fit in the rotation. He has a nice whip and era below 4. Hard luck loser, but then again the entire Mariner staff are hard luck losers, the team is hitting .233. Worst in history of baseball if I heard correctly.

I'm sure Justin Upton hasn't been traded as well since he doesn't play in Tampa.

Joe Maddon said Jennings was called up to make the club better offensively. He will, but that means Justin Ruggiano, Matt Joyce, and Sam Fuld are left out in the lurch and BJ Upton will likely move to a corner outfield position. Could Damon be moved?

Curious move to say the least, hard to imagine they would call up Jennings now and start him in center and just sit Upton.

Busy start for Jennings. 2-2 with a double, triple, walk, stolen base, RBI, and an error defensively. I'd expect Sam Fuld to ride the pine and the outfield to be Jennings, Upton, and Joyce.

What does that have to do with anything? Cliff got shelled by the Padres.

And the Phillies still have the best record in baseball. Lowe got shelled by the Reds along with Proctor and Martinez.

What does the Phillies having the best record in baseball have anything to do with one of the worst offenses in baseball abusing Cliff Lee today? Bandwagon much?
