I also am of the belief that Irving will not be returning to Durham. And not even the most unobjectionable of Duke fans could seriously voice opposition over this decision. But I've actually heard some question it. This isn't Sebastian Telfair. Irving is a lock top four pick. That said, if there is an NBA lockout (not sure where talks stand currently), Irving is back at Duke.

As for scholarship players, Duke presently has 11. The eleventh is Casey Peters, who was a walk-on reserve for last year's national champion Blue Devils. He is a senior, however, so his scholarship will be open next year.
