Sounds great!! I would maybe add blue cheese for the steak and olives stuffed with blue cheese for the cocktail...lol

Wife flew to Denver on business for the week. Going to a friends house for the first half so the little ones can gather... Only can stay for the first half (daughter is 5) I am making a white chili for the first time to take. Unfortunatley since I am driving with my daughter...I will be drinking water until we get home. The rest of the gang is supplying other groceries as well.

I had some microwaveable pasta side for a lunch. Didn't want to do much since I have to be really prepared for the game tonight.

The wife made:
-- Green and yellow iced sugar cookies
-- Sloppy joes
-- Pigs in a blanket
-- 7-layer bean dip
-- Buffalo chicken dip (my favorite)

I think that's all. Not too big of a party, roughly 15 going to be there. I have some Jarritos to drink (pineapple, my favorite). I try not to drink too much pop, but I made an exemption for the game. We have some Welch's Sparkling Grape Juice, if the Packers were to come out on top (if they don't, we'll drink it tomorrow if I hear good news about a job!).

Guinness/apple cider and cabernet - with a case of Yuengling Bock in the beer fridge
Tostitos and a sausage/red and green pepper/cheese dip that I can make
Roasted chicken "Mexican" casserole with black beans, onions, rotel, tomato sauce, guacamole dish that my wife will make.

Not having a SB party, nor am I going to one. Although we will be watching the game, I just didn't feel like doing all the usual stuff. Sooooo.... having breakfast for dinner today lol

Carnitas bowl from Chipotle and trying Subway pizza. My friends are all lame and no one is having a party so I am just hanging at home.

Sausage sandwiches with peppers and onions, pulled pork, steamed mussels, shrimp cocktail, veggie pizza, wings, salsa and chips, relish tray and long island ice teas and a killer home made wine to wash it all down. Had a great time with some long time friends.
