I've heard that before! I've only had the pumpkin and peach ones, and they packed a punch as well.gerb131;1688895 wrote:Couple Kentucky bourbon stouts. Packs a punch.

GLBC Blackout Stout and Flying Dog Raging Bitch. Not a good pairing, but both beers taste good.

Had a Fat Head Holly Jolly Christmas Ale a couple nights ago.
More cinnamon and spices than I like, but it was still tasty. It's a respectable 6.5/10.

Finally had the Brown Shugga. Freaking nice beer with a good story behind it...if it's true.

...They were making an Olde Gnarleywine, but due to an inventory mistake didn't have enough white sugar. They sent a worker out to get more sugar, but the store would not sell them all the white sugar they needed, but could sell them brown sugar. The brewer said buy all the brown sugar and they used it instead.

^ Most evident spices I've ever tasted in a Christmas Ale. Like it a lot though.

If you have roundball game near Toledo, head to Anderson's or Marino's in Sylvania.ernest_t_bass;1689621 wrote:I've struggled to find any of the ones you posted earlier.

Lagunitas Hairy Eyeball Ale - 4/5 ... Only thing I can hold against it is the thin mouthfeel. However, the color is gorgeous, and the taste is nice, too. Heavy bourbon. Light hops. Head dissipated relatively quickly.
