Sounds like you do. Is that a valid legal reason for getting out of a rental agreement? "They don't have a variety of beer in the area".

This is exactly what's on my primary right now. I was trying to find a decent hard cider recipe a few weeks back and found this.justincredible;915629 wrote:I'm going to be brewing an apfelwine as soon as I break down and buy myself a carboy. It's basically Strongbow but the total prep time to get it fermenting is about 20 minutes. Apple juice, dextrose, wine yeast, done. Let it sit for 2 months. Total cost will be right around $20 for 5 gallons. And it'll get you ****ed up right quick.

Currently enjoying my imperial nut brown ale, possibly my best homebrew yet.

That's crazy. Tried searching ratebeer and beeradvocate for "fort pitt" and neither found anything.

I'll leave it for another 3 weeks. A buddy of mine told me to let it sit for 5 months. Depending on how this goes, i'll probably make another batch and let it sit a few months.justincredible;916406 wrote:How much longer do you have on the apfelwine?

Just got back from the wine shop and I picked up some Dogfish Head Punkin Ale and a bottle of the banana bread beer. Pretty stoked to find this place!

Yeah, I'm pretty pumped to try both. The shop has a whole section of beers that I have never even seen anywhere else in my area.

Hence the party at work. You should dispose of all the croutons and raisin bran in the office before leaving work today.justincredible;917414 wrote:She's in Florida for a week. Thank god.

What are some of the better Dogfish Head beers you guys would recommend? Have been wanting to try some for quite a while now, but never got around to it.
