I did the exact opposite - 6 Miller High Life, $4.99.

Nothing really. The hops start to fall out of them as they do with All Super hopped beer. The idea is to drink it fresh and don't let it age too long.

Honestly, it probably loses its flavor and complexity over time. The hops probably wane and it becomes less and less appealing as you move away from the date. If you drink a bottle on 12.22.12 I'm pretty sure you won't notice a difference (other than the whole end-of-the-world thing), but if you drink one on 3.12.13 it's probably just not going to be that good.

Either that, or it turns into Keystone. Your choice.

Jungle Jim's. I believe I have them all now except the 02-02-02. Might have to double check as I might not have the 05-05-05 either. I really need to go through my stash(s) to see and organize them. The Beer manager there said the 03 was going for $100.00 online.

I am too.

Started going through my stash. Found several Stone RIS and Old Guardians from 2007. Oldest so far was New Holland Pilgrims Dole from 2005. Back when they were in 12oz bottles and it was a Barley Wine with Wheat...Who remembers that? Before the days of it going to Bombers and it being renamed a Wheat Wine?...I know pics or it didn't happen.

And I have at least 3 more wine boxes to go and a few 6'ers to go through too ...but enough for tonight as beer is everywhere at this time and I wanna drink some more.

LH Nitro Milk Stout and a bunch of eggnog I just made tonight. Shit is delicious. Though I probably used more bourbon than was necessary.

You can never have too much Bourbon, unless it's the Kentucky Bourbon Ale from Altech...too much Bourbon.

I thought it tasted almost artificial.

That shit is terrible way too much bourbon or bourbon flavoring. But no, I used Jim Beam Black because it was cheap and I don't know anything about bourbon. The internet tells me I made a good choice for my $18.
