If you have to win one game, which current WCAL head coach do you want at the helm of your team?

Odds are, most people would chose The Godfather.

Very exciting week for the WCAL title race! I believe Smithville has what it takes to pull the upset. Norwayne's been stomping everyone and deserves all the credit for their excellent play. Last year you could see this season would be special for them. But all the chest thumbing on this thread and all the margins of victories won't mean a thing when they line up against Smithville. If the Smithville team that showed up against Hillsdale (minus some questionable penalties with the addition to better DB play, and a few more completed passes:)) Haha
Smithville will be just fine. I don't like to make bold statements but IMHO....
1) Smithville will hit Norwayne in the mouth and Norwayne fans will be surprised by the size and aggressivness of Smithville's O-line.
2) Norwayne's starters will be playing in the fourth quarter.
3) Norwayne will not win by 5 or more tds.
If Smithville comes out and shoots themselves in the foot ie turnovers/penalties/blown coverage, they will get blown out and I will have to eat some crow. But I see this being a competative game. :D

Again, what is said or not said on this or any other forum should have zero impact on the game. I think we all get that line a little blurry at times.

If I thought something posted on here would have an impact on the game, I would make Beast look like a strait shooter!:D

If the bears can hold off the running game there is really good chance of a "W" this week. D line must step up.....where the game will be won.

I believe it will be the pass D that will be the Bears weak spot.

Haha you are right. I do enjoy his chest thumping though come to think of it. Most the Norwayne folks on here have good insight on the games. Makes for good reading. Norwayne has a talented team no one can argue against that.

jjhacker, I think by now Schrock knows what he is doing! no head scracthing, just hard nosed football! Emotions are running high in the Emerald City!
I am not going to make an outrageous prediction, it is going to come down to who wants it more! GO GREEN.

JJ the Hack....
You might be right......we'll see.

old smithie....
Emerald City?.....hopefully the wizard of Oz gives the Smithies a pass defense.

Otrap...
Miyagi will be easy to spot....look for the guy being dragged kicking and screaming away in handcuffs.

Beast...
Huskies/Bears will be this weeks closest game. Hope they let you in.......Huckleberrys usually get turned away at the gate....just ask Miyagi.

Bobcat...
Enjoy the chest thumping....do a little yourself. Its a great year to be a Norwayne fan.

expanding the "what coach would you take in the big game?" question. The WCAL has some fine coaches but I would go with Maltarich from WH.

Miyagi agrees with this statement.....since they changed QB's, NWN offense has really played a lot better. They have really opened up the playbook a little more also. The future looks brighter for the Huskies if he stays healthy

Yeah, the open playbook and a talented QB with a group of good receivers. Kinda makes you wish they'd been playing this way all along.

Also, I don't own a shirt with a penis on it. I probably won't wear my Pen Island Productions one, though.

No worry. Wife is cool, I don't drink TOO much, and I don't own a Caddy.

Don't believe the hype surrounding Miyagi. He gets silly half way through he second mojito and the "El Camino" is really just an old Chevy S-10.
