Well, I am back. It has been a very domestic weekend here at Casa del RINGZ. Yardwork, cut some firewood, cleaned up the workshop/man cave, watched the Buckeyes, and the second half of the Steeler's huge win today.

But I am back to impart some knowledge on all of you. Pull up a chair and listen closely you will learn some things.

NWN is looking good, can't wait for this young team to develop, they will be a top team in the league.

Norwayne. Your SOS will help you get into the play offs, but playing the teams you have this season might bight you in the WCALfan once you make it in. You are new to this, so prepare accordingly.

Hillsdale. Win out and get some help. You have to start focusing on one thing, Week 10. That might be your play offs this season.

Rittman. Give the screen pass some time and it will take you to the Promised Land. I mean if the Promised Land is a series of 2-8 seasons. You are on track.

Waynedale. Will someone please remind the bares that there actually are end zones at each end of the field. Sad state of affairs there in The Creek. Someone on the team needs to step up, take a stand, and correct this situation. If sports teaches us life lessons, here is one for the bare players...some times you gotta make your own path in life because no one else is going to do it for you. (Side note: beast, I read on antoher thread you are looking to get run outta town? If you need a place to land, Wooster does have a nice selection of suitable housing regardless of what ST might say. Just make sure your paper work is in order so your stud kid can wrestle here. I know that kind of bites bares wrestlers in the WCALfan.)

Smithville. There are some defenses out there which work well against the run. Perhaps you can Google one. A team that plans on outscoring their opponents isn't alway successful. Fill a few gaps with your backers and work on your form tackling, you will be fine.

Doylestown, Find some Busson cousins or something.

No airhorn no problem. one word solution - vuvuzela, those freaky things from the world cup soccer. those will make some noise for your fave team
:D
Go Falcons;928173 wrote:3.4 Air Horns/Noisemaker Prohibited
Air horns are not permitted in the stadium. Noisemakers that require electric or power of other sorts are prohibited.

This would only apply to Playoffs, but this rule gets misread. Most people stop at the title. Had to show the rules to a couple people at WR last year when they come to complain. LOL!

Actually the bell was at Creston two years ago.

BTW: Never fear, I do have a plan B.

What ever happen with the Norwayne duct tape incident? That video disappeared quick, but I guess Principal Zimmerly probably knew nothing of it....

The rumors of my impending demise have been greatly exaggerated.
The wanton abuse of my body combined with poor nutritional choices led to an eye opening health scare.
Much to the chagrin of my wife, Bloody, Miyagi & my local township trustees, the doc has said I will indeed live.
Thanks to everyone who sent kind words.

NOW, back to Football & shenanigans,

kudos to the Dalton gang. It took a while, but the taste of victory is still sweet.

Smithville- nice team, just no luck.....weak wcal + tough region = home for week 11.

Hillsdale- same as above, with a better chance. The week 10 showdown truly is for all the marbles.

Norwayne- looking to playoffs, vs Girard for the region championship? thats my guess. I also wouldn't count out Orrville or CCC yet.

Northwestern- the future is bright.

Rittman- keep the chins up, the Dennis era will eventually pass.

Waynedale- WTF? I haven't ever seen this kind of discord coming out of Apple Creek. reminds me of the Husky fan throwdowns a few years back.

Chippewa- I hear they're good at soccer:)

As far as Paul goes, I know the Wilson boy and his family personally. I hope you are not making fun of the situation when you say you were crying. He is a fantastic kid and all of us are very thankful that he is healthy and back with the team. His story and him being part of this team is an inspiration to all of us.
Very touching story about Austin Wilson and his Doctors in the Daily Record. how do you get making fun of someone out of that. You need help bad, I hope you will get the help you need.

As I keep reading Pauls contributions to the thread....I can't help but get a little misty eyed.

I remember when he was only good for misspelled one liners with bad grammar.

Look at him now......occasional multi line posts, changing font size and color, posting pics...

It's nothing short of amazing.

Nick Amster would be proud!!!!!!

I couldn't help but think that this business was a prank from the 3 Stooges clan, but being that you quoted Mark Twain, I now know that you are OK. Can you believe that "Curly" created a new screen name solely for the purpose of plying his "humor" on the Orrville thread? (Red Miyagi Riders1 !!!!!!). Ringz: Are you wearing out your welcome on this thread? ;-)
