the Wildthings is pro ball, a frontier league team, while the Paints are in the Prospect league which is a top tier summer league. The MINK league, which I'm coaching in is in the next tier. Its a good league but not as prestigious as the Cape or the Ripken or Coastal Plains

What age group, older than legion and up? Much travelling involved? Is this your first year out there?

Played golf twice in my life. Just can't get into it.
But how does the golf bug bite when it's like 20 degrees and snowing outside?
Because golf is his first and only love! Lol

Has anyone attended one of these? If so, do you really get some good deals?
I go to that. It's something to kill the day. You might get some deals on previous year models but nothing on anything new. Courses used to give out free rounds. but now they give out a hot dog at the turn. I did get a Ping G5 3 wood last year for 75 bucks. But of course theyve had the G10's and G15's out since then.

zwick...you ever play any courses south of Columbus......I know they aren't a great number of very good courses....but they are out there.

I wouldn't mind getting a deal on some previous year models. I'm not good enough to be buying top of the line equipment anyway.

No I haven't. I usually head north if I'm going to leave the area.

Well just some advice... don't buy from the first guy you see.. walk around and check everyone else out. People will deal at these things.
