I just moved down to Lawrence about three months ago. My goal was to get to see a game here. Well I was able to pay 20 bucks for two decent seats to tonights game. I know they are playing a terriable team but, I would pay ten bucks to see anyone who was rated number one. So i ask would you have payed 10 bucks a seat to go see the game or am i crazy?

Id pay that much for any traditional power. However, I would pay a LOT more for a KU - Texas match-up this year at the Fieldhouse. Prolly close to 75, if I had that kind of expendable income!

I would take that deal. I'll watch anyone play college basketball. Believe me, I've seen some dogs over at the Convo the last few years.

I'd pay that much for a Big Ten game, but if I have to watch the boring ol' Big 12 duke it out, I'll pass.

Probably won't find a ticket for that cheap. Different place, different school but I paid well over $125 a piece for tickets to Carolina vs FSU at the Dean Dome 2(?) years ago. And they weren't that good of seats.

I paid $150 for a ticket to see Duke at Cameron, so yeah, I would say you got a great deal.

Kansas is up 34-4. I think I would rather have the $10 and watch the game on TV, even if I was a Jayhawks fan.

As a KU fan, I would love to be in Phog Allen for just one game.

Nothing like watching KU in the Phog. Afternoon games are the best because of the way the sunlight shines through into Allen Fieldhouse, makes it look like a cathedral.

KU-Texas game is in Austin. No return date to Lawrence which really puts KU behind the 8 ball to win a 6th straight Big XII title. Unbalanced schedules suck.

You can get decent seats for a KU game especially early in the season for cheap but I'd pay about any reasonable price to watch as many KU games as possible in the Phog.

Find a student and offer up 50$ and your good. Well, as long as you have an ID or one that looks like you:D

I'm paying 60 bucks to watch Duke play Iowa State in the United Center and 100 bucks to watch the Devils play in the Conte Forum at Boston College in February. And maybe even 60 more to watch them play at Virginia, depending on whether my buddy who lives in DC will be home at the time.

So, yeah, I'd pay 10 dollars a ticket to watch a game in Allen if I were a Jayhawk fan. Nothing beats being there as a fan.

And I've never seen a non-ACC match-up in Cameron, but I'd pay top dollar to if I had to and was down in Durham. That might be different if I lived there, but I still probably would.

I would definitely pay $20 to see a game at Kansas.

I would pay $6 to see a game in Cameron. That's how much a high school game costs and that is basically a glorified high school gym ;)

I'd pay a lot of money to see a game in the Phog...and a decent amount of money to see a game in a traditional powerhouse's arena.

By the way, my girlfriend went to the game last friday, and sat real low and they were about 60 bucks a ticket, so your seats must not have been THAT good...

And I paid for a ticket to the Iowa State game at the United Center. Not sure why I wrote the other.

If I had paid $60 to watch Duke play the Cyclones in New York then I would have gotten pretty ripped off. Lol.

10 bucks a seat is a great deal even if its for a blowout game. Absolutely I would've done it. For a KU-Texas game, or a top game, i'd go real high if I could afford it.

If I was a Kansas fan and lived and died on every game they played, I'd pay a lot. I'm not a Kansas fan and so I would probably pay whatever their normal ticket price would be, because I'm a fan of basketball and it is a basketball Mecca of sorts.
