I like how in the scene where Vinne, Snooki and Deena were trying to retrieve that toy ball from the other roof. They rigged this long hose thing to try to get the ball back to the their roof deck. Clearly they could have jumped over the fence and picked up the ball. The camera crew is video taping the whole time, and then the camera cuts to a shot from the same roof where the ball is located showing the cast members still trying to fish for the ball. The camera is positioned about a foot away from the ball.

Hilarious, because the producers probably had to yell "cut" in the middle of that scene just so they could get the camera crew in position to film that shot. LOL. Just goes to show you how even the smallest stuff is staged on these kinda shows.

It just never gets old! This show is better than most comedies on tv. The kitchen ditch...classic

Seriously? Well, that does have some potential. The young people over there don't drink when they party, I don't think, not like these guys (who does?)

But I thought they were back to Miami for season 4?

This will be funny because of the potential culture clash. Italian culture and Italian-American culture are very different.

Well, they're liable to get killed in Sicily. Rome is far too classy and cultured for them. Milan may have some potential as a global fashion capital - lots of high-end clubs and jet-setting celebs. Somehow Pisa seems appropriate for them (that place is a total dump). Florence might be a decent choice but it will probably be Rome (the potential for completely idiotic and ignorant comments from Snooki at various iconic & historical places is too much to pass-up).

I don't know a lot about Italy, but my understanding is it's not the alcohol-fueled party atmosphere you see among 20-somethings in the US. And the fact Snooki can buy beer from vendors off the street and walk around drinking it has a lot of potential, as well. Then they can go to the Vatican and Situation, Ronnie and Paulie can find out you DO NOT FUCK with the Swissguard.

I lived in Italy for 3 years. Italians are pretty friendly, and I don't know what you all are talking about drinking.. italians drink all the time and have a good time. I wonder where in Italy it will be filmed. It definetely won't be rome, there is no beach there.

They drink, but my impression was they don't really drink to get drunk. Just not the same spring break sort of atmosphere.

Good point about the beach, I suppose. Not sure how critical that is. I do, however, think they will pick a location that sees a lot of tourists and has some good ex-pat bars. I just don't know of any popular beach destinations in Italy that wouldn't be very high-end resorts, not exactly a Jersey Shore sort of "clientele".

I'm guessing Vinnie may be the only one fluent in Italian. That dude is going to be in heaven.

Agreed. Granted, I was only in Italy for a week, but it seems to me that the locals drank to actually enjoy the quality of their drink. Wine was the most common beverage (even at lunch), but it seemed each region had their own drinks (for example, Venitians drink "fizz," don't remember whats in it but its awesome)

I concur with both posts, however italians do drink to get drunk at clubs, and I am sure that is right up jersey shore's alley lol.

What did you guys think of the two uncles of the girl Vinnie picked-up in last night's show? Those dudes were straight out of Goodfellas. I kept thinking this is not a girl Vinnie wants to mess with.

I'm suprised he was able to sneak her back to his place. Shame, because she clearly was the hottest chick to ever come back to the house.

I mean, how did they even find the house? I'd guess they found a camera man at the bar packing up and made him an offer he couldn't refuse!
