I've heard links of him to KC as well.

Granted I haven't watched many Oakland games over the years, but aren't Hillis and Bush basically the same type of runner? They're both relatively the same size. I realize Bush would probably be a good upgrade over Bell, but I don't really think he's the change of pace back we need.

Bush can definitely catch and run with the ball. He's just not someone you're going to see run out of the slot. I'd also say he's a little faster than Hillis, but wouldn't qualify as a change of pace.

I know Bush has said that the only way he'd leave Oakland is if it was to be a starter somewhere or if someone gave him an offer he couldn't refuse, so I really don't see him considering Cleveland. I pray he stays in Oakland though...he was a huge part of the offense last year.

No they don't. That's ALL you can eat. They'll put GC out of business.

Ok, next question....with the pending release of Jake Delhomme and Seneca Wallace being a free agent and wanting a chance to start where do the Browns go at QB with only McCoy and the gadget kid from W. Virginia on the roster?

Id assume a 5th rounder type pick or a FA pick up. Who is available out there?

Hasselbeck (Holmgren ties) would have been my first guess except he'd want to start.

I think/hope Wallace stays too. He's a very solid backup to have on the roster.

Now that we have an experienced OC with some imagination I think we could actually use him and Cribbs which we never did last season. Anyone else remember the FB Option pass that idiot mo carthon ran? smh.

I think Wallace stays unless he gets a sure fired guarantee from another team that he would start, which I'm not sure I see happening. With the uncertainty of the labor situation and with Holmgren theoretically taking a larger role I think Wallace will stay here. Plus I don't like the thought of Colt's only backup being a rookie.

Patriots To Franchise Logan Mankins 11th February, 2011 - 2:31 pm NFL.com - The Patriots plan to place their franchise tag on guard Logan Mankins, according to a report in the Boston Herald.

The move will prolong the negotiating period between Mankins and New England. The two sides have been engaged in a rocky contract dispute since before last season.

Mankins said earlier this month that he he didn't expect the Patriots to get involved in any bidding wars.

"I would never say the door is totally shut," he said. "But the way it's looking right now, I don't see it happening. I don't see them trying to keep me, unless it's with the franchise tag."

Browns already have a ton of money tied up in the O-Line (Thomas, Steinbach & Mack). I'd like to see them draft & groom.

Even has the Vickers FB Pass in the lower right hand corner so it's authentic. I also have one for Daboll.
