I would like to finally see Carlton Mitchel get some PT. After thinking about the Bungals game, he can go out there and drop passes like Little, be invisible like MoMass, and not get open just as well as Cribbs did. Whats the problem Shurmur? Play the fucking guy already.

Definitely. Goes from the penthouse (two Pro Bowls) to the outhouse (waived). Think he sealed his own doom with (besides the shoddy snaps) his comment about "being in a slump." Long snapper is one position where you really can't have a slump. Probably needs a slump buster...

Ummm, yeah...he could. There's a HUGE difference between the Manning's/Brady's/Rodger's of the world vs Colt McCoy. Those guys only need a small window to fit a football. McCoy can't make that throw. Manning has made guys like Garcon, Collie, Tamme, etc relevant.
