Yep, I have no issues with making fun of you crybaby trolls.
Its either an act or you really are that delusional. You shit on threads constantly, its obvious, i.e. the dominant athlete thread.
What are your thoughts on the game Sunday? I always get a kick out of your predictions.

The incident between LJ and I was over a misunderstanding of his inference my kids weren't smart. See that is what a man does he sticks up for someone attacking his children, even if it is on an internet message board.
Another thing with that incident is that it is in the past and we have moved on, another thing men do. Move on.

You obviously follow "your teams" threads closely.

The maturity you displayed was unheralded. That is not an isolated incident. I'm moving on, but you have a long posting history prior to that BS.

He was fitted for a brace last week for his arm, but he still has to return to practice.
He won't play this week, obviously. And definitely not the wild card round if the Steelers are playing.
If they get the bye I think there is about a 50-50 chance of him playing in that divisional round game.
75-100 percent chance he plays in the AFC Championship if they make it

Wow, already ruled out for the Wild Card? What exactly is wrong with his arm?

Yeah I saw you're score prediction. I was looking for you to elaborate more. Silly me...I knew I should have spelled it out for you. After Cleveland's last few games, what makes you think they can put 24 on Pittsburgh and hold them to 10? The 9 sacks I won't even address lol.
I think if Cleveland played the perfect game and Pittsburgh came out flat as hell they could keep it close, but I don't see it happening. Ben has been playing great lately and the D has been stopping the run as usual. So that means it will fall on McCoy to bring the points. Its going to be a tough afternoon for him.

Troy is probably out this week but I disagree with many others.
If he's physically unable to play then ok, not much you can do about that.
But if he's able to go I think he should play. This game is as important as any. They have to win if they're going to make any kind of run. I don't like the idea of hopefully we can get by without him. That's a bad approach and dangerous.

Go Browns!
Those Browns of yesterday in 1964 beat Baltimore and and it is ironic that 31 years later became Baltimore and were replaced by these pretenders on the field, so thus the term "go browns" became a reality.

yeah, torn triceps
he had surgery to repair it
I believe it's usually a 2-4 month recovery depending on how bad of a tear
fortunately this was more of a two-month variety
he missed the New Orleans game on Oct. 31 and all of the others

That is a shitty injury to have, especially for his position.

I think it is most of the time and if the Steelers were out of it they would've just placed him on the IR.
But since there was a chance they would be in the playoffs they decided to leave open the possibility of him playing.
Steelers are optimistic that he might play if they're in the divisional round but he still might not be able to play. But if they make the AFC Championship and then all of a sudden he can play, they would still welcome him back. Not only a good player but one of the veteran defensive leaders.

Yeah that makes sense. I've been impressed with their defense I must say. Last yr when he went down and Troy was out their defense clearly wasn't the same. this year they seem to have adjusted well to playing without them. Any players that have been stepping up (draft or FA) to make up the difference, or is it a scheme change?

Ziggy Hood has stepped up in his second year.
As a rookie, Hood was quick and fast and brought some pressure but that's not really what that 3-4 defensive end position requires. It's more about engaging blockers and anchoring against the run. He's done a better job with that technique. They also use Chris Hoke -- who has been a backup at nose tackle for awhile -- at defensive end. And also Lawrence Timmons has had his best season at inside linebacker and James Farrior has bounced back after a subpar season last year, so it's taken a few different players to make up for that losss.

Per Tomlin....
Troy won't practice until Friday and then they'll reassess him. Coach Tomlin did say that Troy is getting better though. Mewelde is questionable (knee sprain), Worilds isn't likely to play (knee), McFadden has a hip pointer and Woodley has some swelling on the knee.
Aaron Smith is a week better, lifting weights, might be able to practice soon. As non said, I think the AFC title game is the targeted return for him.
Gotta make it there though.

What in the hell does it mean when people "pnwed?"
I still think this game will be close. That is how the NFL seems to work. Games we think should be blowouts are generally close.

Good news about Troy. He might still be out but at least there's a chance he might play.
I think if the Steelers come out ready to go and get a big lead the Browns will have a tough time coming back.
The worst thing for the Steelers would be to give up a big play early like an opening kickoff return.

I would like to take a time out to say Happy Holidays to oberhaus and celebrate another victory of being able to get by some things and become friends!
To the n00b: go to Google and type in "pwned" and you will get the story.
And one more thing: Go Browns!

I could see Steelers fans swooping up a lot of tickets for this one.
There were a lot of empty seats for the Ravens-Browns.

Go Browns. I have a weird feeling that the Browns are going to ruin the Steelers chances at the 2 seed. I think the Browns will be up for this one
