Not saying your statement is false, just saying that I will wait on the assumption that Miller has a better arm than Pryor right now.
Level of competition has no relevance at all when judging someones arm strength and velocity.
Does playing against St. Edwards make you have worse arm strength and accuracy than when you play against Nebraska? I don't think so.
Now judgement and decision making is going to be way more difficult when playing at a higher level, but if you got the arm its not going to go away if you play better competition. Just have to make better decisions and be able to think quicker since the game will be at a faster pace.
Not going to argue a whole lot but if the kid can throw, the kid can throw.
There are some things you can tell about a player no matter what level of play. Arm strength and accuracy is one of those things imo.
