So how did you cook it and did you get laid?

didnt get laid...didnt even try...i broiled it in the oven as described here 3 min each side...they were kinda big so i took them in and out like three times cause they were under done..but i didnt want them to be over done...this threw off the timing of the dish a little....i used salt pepper mixture and made the herb butter sauce...had asparagus on the side. appetizer was some sushi rolls and for desert the rasberry and lemon sorbet with some fresh rasberries on the side....we spent a lot of time talking and then cuddled and watched a movie and i had a wonderful time. also had some wine...a pinot noir with dinner and some reisling after.
