I cheated on my girl friend of two years in high school 4 times in one night. Don't ask me how the hell that happened, guess I was just in the right place at the right time. Felt bad about it then but don't really give a shit now.

As for now, I have to agree with ccrunner.

Being Catholic or a ND fan has nothing to do with it. It's a shitty thing to do. You show you have no respect what so ever for the person you are with. You may as well spit in their face because that is in fact what you think of them

Once, in high school. It was stupid, I shouldn't have done it, and I felt terrible about it.

The favor was returned by one of my college girlfriends, who cheated on my with my roommate. It's a sick feeling to find out.

Love is a chemical imbalance......its needful... just get yourself some good azz who care if she f###s around.... you do.... just be clean about it before you have sex get into the shower if you dont like to wear a hat than trust she aint to too freaky ..cause if she does anal you gots to get her puss really clean before hand ....dont want the goods smelling like azz anyway ...just foul to me ...especially if you like to give and recieve.....which is a fun part of the whole deal isnt it .............Just get friends with bennies...they are the best ...and you aint got to sneak out of the bed the next morning before she wakes up .......have fun be safe and most of all be clean

OK so condemn somebody's actions, don't condemn them. You have no idea where somebody is coming from so don't throw out some terrible broad generalization. People make mistakes when they are young, it doesn't make them "lower than snail shit" or whatever terrible term you used. I think assholes who judge other people based on one action are lower than snail shit.

That makes no sense. In order to do what you suggest would be to say that said person had no control over their actions. The actions it takes in order to cheat happen with a personal decision. You cannot separate personal decisions from those sorts of actions.

Right, because if someone makes a bad decision it automatically makes THEM bad right? I hope you don't have kids that you teach that to.

People deserve forgiveness and second chances in life, no doubt you've needed a few second chances in life. I bet you don't wish that those people that forgave you thought like you.

The only way to understand a person is by the things they say and the things they do. You can't dismiss actions.

Of course people make mistakes and sometimes deserve forgiveness but the cumulative actions and words are clear indications of that person's character and are the best predictor of future actions.

Ok, first: I said nothing whatsoever about forgiveness. That's for another thread, I think. Sure, things are forgiveable, some things are not. Cheating is forgiveable for some, to me it's not. I'm old enough to know what I'm about and I just don't have the patience for it. I've never said anything otherwise. For you to imply that that was what I was saying is kinda nonsensical.

Secondly, I never said that making a bad choice/decision makes anybody a bad person when it comes to cheating. Not once, stop implying that I did. Why don't you just ask me my thoughts about that instead of ASSuming?

Thirdly: What I tried to explain to you (I'll say it yet again) is that when people say that they cheated because it was a mistake, it implies that it was an accident that they cheated.
And you and I both know, at least I would hope you know, that those things cannot happen by "accident".
Accidents are fender-benders, spilling a cup of water, slipping on ice, etc.

It takes making a choice to cheat.

See the difference?
