When you look at it THAT WAY, kind of easy to understand why he'd want to leave CLE :)

Seriously, a house like that overlooking the ocean? Who wouldn't want that? And South Beach is a naughty, naughty place for a gazillion athlete to party.

Although if I'm going to nitpick, the back of that lacks architectural creativity which is a MUST for something of that size. Even the pool looks a bit uninspired.
