How close was Amare to being a Cav last year around the trade deadline? Is it true that the Cavs didn't trade Hickson to PHX because they didn't want to upset LeBron by trading one of his friends?
Chad Ford:
It was close. But it wasn't because the Cavs management didn't want to upset LeBron. They were worried about losing LeBron. They also had no idea whether Stoudemire would re-sign in Cleveland with or without LeBron. It's tough to give up your one decent asset on a risk like that.

The only plausible move for the Cavs at this point is to blow the whole thing up and rebuild. What kind of market do you see for Andy, Mo, Antawn, etc.?
Chad Ford:
Actually Varejao will be the easiest to move if the Cavs are content getting cap relief & a future asset (which they may need to be at this point). Teams always need bigs who can rebound and Varejao would help a lot of squads. Antawn probably has a market too, again if the Cavs are willing to just take back an expiring. Mo Williams will be a little tougher to trade. There's a lot of really good point guards in the league right now. Hickson has a market too.

Mo to Kings? Only team I can think of that badly needs a PG

Wouldn't have mattered if the Cavs got Amare anyway. LeBron was going to quit in the playoffs either way.

Traffic in Cleveland is awful

Mo had to park 6 blocks away and walk to the arena
AC isnt even in the arena yet

Cavs supposed to have new starters tonight.......not sure who

I think the Bulls are my most hated NBA team just because of Joakim Noah.

He easily leads my hate list... second is KG and third is Kobe.

I totally forgot the Cavs played tonight. Looks like they at least played respectably tonight. And it also looks like Boozer sucked, which makes me happy.
