By law, no beer can be over 4 percent in Utah unless it is sold at a state liquor agency, so Utah still has 3.2 beer, or "near beer."

Yea they do, I think it's 7 or 9 bucks now though. When I was in high school we'd do the same, or get high. What year did you graduate? I might know you or something. I'm also in the Toledo area too.

I graduated in 91. I had a sister in graduate in 94 and a brother in 2000. Not sure when you graduated.

Students getting paddled in hallways at school. The room would get quiet just to hear the ass get cracked.

Bench clearing brawls at high school sporting events.....and no one got suspended.

Playing pinball in the local business and actually trying to beat a certain score so you could get a free game and save a quarter.

Two kids talking shit at school planning to fight after school, then they actually did.

Girls with he 80's hairspray that had their hair teased to the moon, and they were hot.

Pulling your socks up to your calf, because that's how you wore them.
