First off, I went to bishop hartley and to say that it is made up of kids of suburban doctors and lawyers is just plain ridiculous. Secondly, a family member of mine currently teaches and has taught at several of the public inner city schools in columbus and I would be unjust for saying that it is not a hard job. But to say that private school teachers don't work equally hard is ridiculous. They receive a HUGE paycut for not working in the public schoo system and in my observance of private school teachers, they are just as hard working and passionate as a public school teacher because they generally want to do it, regardless of pay. I can't believe that we got to this point but it is absurd that I have to defend private school teachers. Oh, and what about facilities?? What kind of argument are you trying to bring up?
