Louie, hopefully it signifies a wave of cleansing that will continue to go on in DC. I would love to see something like this make the headlines everyday, or at least once a week!

Nah, this has nothing to do with cleansing at all. This was set in motion long ago. Odds are we'll forget about it until the next politician gets in trouble. It's happened every time.

Rangel should be a convicted felon. Maybe we should toss Barney Frank in that mix too.

That's the question, isn't it? Will the worst AG of all time, Eric Holder, go after Rangel for his money laundering, tax evasion, and his 9 other convictions from the House? We all sadly know the answer, because it isn't about justice, it's about just-us. Delay was responsible for his own failures to follow the law, but Rangel will be given a pass. He should be forever grateful that Pelosi got this done prior to January 2nd, as the incoming House won't be nearly as nice as the current POS is.

This is ALWAYS about politics, not what is right. DeLay deserves his fate, but Rangel will get off because he's a Dem and - yes - because he's a black Dem.

Also, if your first response to Tom DeLay going to prison is "OMG WELL DEM-X SHOULD BE IN PRISON WITH HIM TOO" ... just please, stop talking, because you have no cognitive ability.
