Gordon wins....Jeff that is. 66 race drought is over. Junior with a 10th place finish. Kyle & Kurt finish 2nd and 8th. Busch boys come out 1-2 in the points standings.

I don't watch hardly any NASCAR anymore, but just turned it on with 25 to go and saw Jeff Gordon win. Always been my favorite since he started in '93, so great to see him back in victory lane.

Anybody but Busch ! Local talent Alan Gustafson is the drought buster for J. Gordon in the 24

Tiger, you like the 11 pic from last Sunday? They had to change a bunch of rear end axle stuff, was the last car through pre race tech.

You know how much people hate Kyle Busch now when Jeff Gordon actually gets cheered for winning, lol. They used to boo the shit out of him.

Labonte probably would've won if he wasn't 2 laps down.

My thoughts exactly!

I am kind of surprised Carl didn't come back on the track and wipe out #18. Maybe he's waiting until they can go 200 mph and then he'll punt him into the fence and put fans in harms' way. That's how he rolls.

Morgan Shepherd, Crimestopper

http://racewithfaith.com/newsdetail.php?ID=591

Shepherd said in a matter of seconds a Las Vegas police officer pitched the ageless NASCAR driver a pair and handcuffs and continued pursuit of the other two suspects, along with the store's security force.

"I didn't tell him a 69-year-old man chased him down," Shepherd joked. "He was probably 18 or 19. I told him he shouldn't be stealing stuff. There is just too much of this stuff going on."

Two years ago while in Las Vegas for a Nationwide Series race Shepherd himself experienced crime from the victim's perspective. His rental car was broken into and his GPS and cellular phone were stolen. During the 2008 season someone also stole his bicycle while he was racing at Chicagoland Speedway.

10th for Smoke. He owned the 1st and 3rd place cars, Kinser and Schatz. Kahne owned 2nd & 5th place cars, Saldana and Darrah. Sammy was 4th.
