You need to edit this comment. Until Vicars showed up Genoa barely knew about the playoffs, let alone make noise in them.. Genoa's 4th year in the playoffs NO State titles..

You can find it here http://www.wmfd.com/gameroom/

After watching the game 3 times I see nothing at all that Genoa has that EC didn't have. If the Riders come out and play Genoa with the same intensity, you can count on the Riders being in week 14.

Mason and Max will stop the run and force them to pass more and then Turner, Tre and Davis will shut down their receivers. There won't be any of those easy catches like the Colts gave away, I just don't see it.

After watching this game I don't think the Colts nearly played as hard as they did against the Riders. The hits were so so nothing to brag about, but the offensive line just didn't have that same push or drive like they had when we met. Down linemen were making adjustments lining up 2 yards off the ball giving Genoa a gimme 4 to 6 yards a pop up the middle. To me Clear fork just didn't play Colts football like they have all year. Maybe a little beat up coming into week 12 I don't know but if you seen the Orrville game you'll clearly see what I'm talking about if you watch the Genoa - Clear Fork

Really??? "After watching this game I don't think the Colts nearly played as hard as they did against the Riders"........"the offensive line just didn't have that same push or drive like they had when we met" You think maybe......just maybe, it might of had something to do with Genoa....I know....I know....it's just not possible that a team with such a weak schedule as Genoas to come in and give ANY OCC team a game.......Using your logic.....I was at the Orrville/Clear Fork game.....Judging from what i saw, i could draw a lot of stupid and useless conclusions that mean absolutely nothing about whats gonna happen Friday night.....

I like that Pasteur has us down by only 7. I think that is more than fair. It gives us hope. Last year, it was pretty obvious that Genoa overlooked us. But this year, they have been tested in weeks 11 and 12. I look for them to come at us with determination and RESPECT this time. I think it will be a heck of a game.

What do you mean "position"? It BETTER be FOR the Riders! Did you mean prediction? Gee, I can't wait! I'll guess: Genoa wins by 7 in a hard fought contest. How's that, big guy? ;-). OR, maybe you have to wait to hear about the result of the computer game that Pitman is probably working on to try and come up with a final score? Ha ha!

Let's not have this conversation about who picks on the sisters of the poor and who plays a schedule that prepares them for the playoffs.

But hey...both teams are 2-0 in the playoffs and both have earned the right to be called regional finalists.

Dude. Joke.

CF didn't get that much of a push.. maybe because Genoa's D-line is better than Orrville's? idk

Oh and if Tre may be faster than Miller but is he as good at running out of bounds behind the coaches and back in?

Oh great now the Clear Fork fans are jumping on the Comet bandwagon, instead of rooting for their OCC foes. Looks like I won't be rooting for them anytime soon if and when they get back to the playoffs.

Don't be pissed at us that you didn't meet your "state championship" expectations.....Come watch the game Friday, and you will see a dandy of a game!

Go Riders;559863 wrote:I said it on the other site and will say it here. Shut up about why genoa lost to orrville last year. The excuses for losing are endless. The riders were on the lucky end of a genoa implosion. Thats how genoa treats it. Blame the loss on whatever you want its over. Just stop we are sick hearing about last year. Genoa has a great team they are not here by accident and the Riders are not here by accident either. This will be an exciting rematch. I really feel CF was a great team with questionable run defense and genoa exposed that. Genoa made some great passes in that game when needed. Good teams adjust and improvise. The Riders are not a 33 to 0 team come friday the loss to clear fork woke up people to our areas of weakness and proper adjustments were made. If genoa thinks we are a 33 - 0 get blown out team good for them we will be prepared.

He was talkin about the Alter game? We didn't fumble on our own 20 against Orrville and only got to 4th down twice.

We have to make it interesting because a lot of the teams we play don't have people on here. Gotta talk, argue, and debate about something. Most of us Orrville posters know each other and talk outside of this site. We are just a proud bunch of guys who love Orrville football tradition and respect every team we play, until they give us a reason to go off on them.
