also i wouldn't be surprised if something came about from the spitting incident. i watched it on my DVR and you can see crowder flinch as if someone spit in his face.

on my DVR it looked like they were both Jawing, but they had been pretty steadily up till then. Then you see channing flinch and mcclain turn and go back to the LOS.
I don't think crowder is innocent in that he was definitely in mcclains face, but to say he initiated being spat on with any action other than spitting/putting his hands on mcclain (which there is no evidence or mention of) is asinine.
you can talk shit all day, spitting on someone is not an acceptable reaction to it.
also in an interview last week crowder was praising mcclain as "one of the best fullbacks in the league" thought that was interesting.
my point is, i want the league to look at it (and they are) and if he spat on crowder, take action on it. Fine, suspension, whatever they want to do is fine with me, do something. if it's not clear whether or not it happened, and i'll be honest, the angle on my DVR doesn't specifically show the spit flying into channing's face, i'm okay with dropping it.
