LOL. Clippers being the Clippers. Missed 3 straight slam dunk attempts. Aminu, Griffin, Aminu.

That was youth served right there. Unreal. They had 3 missed dunks, Shannon Brown hit a 50 footer, and they were still up 6 with under a minute to play and lost haha.

The Clippers REALLY need Eric Bledsoe to develop into a big time player, because right now Eric Gordon is running the point for them and while doing a more than adequate job thus far, he isnt a ball handler and turns it over too much, especially at the end of games (see tonight). But for the most part, I was very impressed with Gordon, Griffin, and DeAndre Jordan tonight.

Gordon has now scored 20 points or more in 10 straight games, topped only by Kobe. I mention this, because Gordon was holding Kobe to under 20 until his TOs at the end allowed Kobe to end up with I think 24.

It sucks for the Denver fans out there, and also sucks that Melo still holds most of the cards as he can refuse a contract extension anywhere, thus dictating where he will go.

Mopping the training room floor does not equate to being on the medical staff. I can only imagine what a "few other things" entailed.

What the fuck does this sentence even mean? Typing fail.

It's really quite sad. We know he doesn't like people that root for teams outside of Ohio because they are bandwagon fans. It's been well established, but he continues to try to drive the point home.

Seriously, can you translate these two posts. I mean I want to be able to discuss things on here, but it's hard when I can't even comprehend what you're trying to say.

Dude is a pure scorer. He's undersized a little, but you can teach his scoring ability. I remember him as a one man show at UK and was a little surprised when he didn't go in the 1st round.

Meeks has really made Evan Turner an afterthought on Philadelphia.

As a Philly fan, this is a intriguing story. I'm still disappointed Jodie wasn't on last year's UK team...imagine that team with his outside shooting ability.

However, I'm also disappointed the 76ers picked Evan Turner, but at the same time, am happy for Jodie. However, it's coming at the expense of a guy they used the 2nd freaking pick on while they struggle on the interior, AGAIN.

They could have had DeMarcus Cousins...or even Derrick Favors, which looks like a good swap for Turner now, but wait until next year or the year after, it will look horrible for Philadelphia.

Yeah because Meeks played so well his first year in the association.

What does Meeks playing last year have anything to do with it?

Is that saying that he wouldn't have helped UK or that he isn't capable of sustaining this?

Point is, you draft a guy #2 overall and you expect huge things. Maybe not right away, but if you had to bet, in 2-3 years, who will fit better in Philly, Evan Turner or Cousins/Favors, especially with guys like Iguodala, Young, Meeks, Williams and Holiday on the roster. Then, you have a team who gets killed on the boards, has an undersized center who is a shell of the player he used to be and although I like Spencer Hawes and Marreese Speights, neither are the future answer at center.

Turner was a mistake at #2 regardless. It's only going to get worse, and it stinks because they have a decent foundation with a lot of high picks who have developed and are still young.

The point was you're labeling turner as a bust after one fourth of a season...Meeks is proving your rookie year isn't an indication of how good a player you are

You do realize that Favors is putting up about the same #'s as Turner is right now in points and rebounds? And you do realize that Favors would be an undersized Center also?
Amazing that you know after 21 games that Turner is a mistake and it's only going to get worse. I Cannot believe that your not gainfully employed as an NBA scout or GM for some team.

It has nothing to do with Turner being horrible or Favors being great.

My point is, the Sixers didn't need to take another wing.

Whether Favors and Turner have equal value in 2 years (I don't believe they will anyway), I'd rather have the post player.

BTW, Favors is not 19 years and 5 months old while Evan Turner is 22. As far as potential goes, Favors has more. As for Favors being undersized, maybe he is physique-wise, but he's as tall and long as Dwight Howard and I'd say he's a pretty good center...
