BEST: Michigan State. I think everyone knew that they would be good, but I don't think anyone expected them to be as good as they have been. I realize that their schedule has not been too difficult, but no one expected them to go undefeated. With only four undefeated BCS teams left, there is national championship talk.

WORST: Texas. Holy hell, they are bad. Losing to Oklahoma is understandable, but UCLA and Iowa State? Iowa State? What the hell has happened to this team?

Best: Missouri and Michigan State
Worst: Texas (Amazing how one player can screw with a team's chemistry.)

Biggest disappointment: Ohio State (But then again that's a foregone conclusion every season isn't it? Illinois, Purdue, USC, Wisconsin...one game every year does it all.)

Worst (on the field): Texas
Worst (off the field): North Carolina

Best: Mizzou (Auburn is in a down SEC this year, and MSU has a "soft" Big Ten schedule this season and hasn't even played outside of Michigan until last week.)

I think that Virginia Tech fits in both categories. They were a huge disappointment early by losing their first two games, then a huge surprise now by winning their last six games.

Good: Hawaii - they are just running roughshod over the WAC; East Carolina - big win over NC State and dominating their conference; Northern Illinois - all of a sudden that loss to Iowa State doesn't look so bad...and they played Illinois tough

Bad: The entire Big East - most people have been saying for a long time this isn't a good conference, but do they have a single OOC win against another BCS conference?....not to mention the losses to Tulane and Temple (hey wait, didn't they kick them out once?)

Best-OREGON (Regardless of the talent they returned, I think people wrote them off after losing Masoli), MISSOURI (I was blown away not only by the win but the pride the fanbase and team displayed in their win over Oklahoma).

Worst-TEXAS (Expectations are VERY high in Austin, Texas just like Columbus, Ohio. They've already lost three games and I see them losing at least one or two more games). NOTRE DAME (I understand it's Brian Kelly's first year but when are these PLAYERS going to step up. I'm not a fan of ND but they consistently lose with some of the most talented squads-see recruiting rankings over the last several years).

This. Texas is a bit surprising, obviously. Although they still at least have a big win over Nebraska. Fla was touted as a top 3 team with Brantley being touted the next great QB thing.

Nobody in their right mind saw Mizzou and MSU doing what they have done. Although I feel both will not end up undefeated. Actually, I pick both of them to lose this coming weekend.

I forgot about Washington. After all the hype Locker had from ESPN they have been really bad.
