I think it is pretty easy, actually.

Browns fans have gone to games and they usually are over at halftime so the fans leave or all they can do is drink and act like morons.

Steelers have been in a lot of big games and important games so the fans have been exposed to the best football, week after week.

That still has nothing to do with football knowledge. Nice fail though.

You want a great example of being delusional, here it is ladies and gentlemen.

C'mon man.......do you honestly believe that? So do the rules change in "big" and "important" football games? I wasnt aware of that. Get a life. What a lame ass argument

I know my teams history asshole. 6 fucking rings. That's all I care about. Couldn't give a fuck about Cleveland winning back in 1942 when there were 6 teams and played 7 men on the field. Lets talk modern history mouth.

What does that have to do with knowing the game of football?..... Do you always change subjects when you have nothing to say?

Yeah there are more elements to the game for fans to see play out when the team is consistently in contention and playing in games that are attractive.

This is true for pretty much any sport.

Steelers winningest organization since 1970. I love when people act like that's a short time period.

40 years

They've become the model franchise in the greatest sport in America.

This might be the dumbest logic ever, as regardless of anything else you can watch football on TV. Hopefully you've been drinking all day because your arguments suck. Capone doesn't need responded to but you might be just as dumb as him.

I think it might be the dumbest post I have seen on this forum, and there has definitely been some stupid shit on this forum.

More elements to the game when your team is in contention? There isnt a single rule to the game that changes. The rules are the same for a team thats 0-16 as they are for a team thats 16-0.

When the Cleveland inbreds come up against facts, they resort to calling everybody dumb. What a bunch of losers. Worry about next years draft choice and let us Steeler fans worry about our Super Bowl opponent. hahahaaaaa. Will it come down to a coin flip between Cleveland and Buffalo? Thank God I'm not a Clowns fan.

How would you know about a team in contention? Just asking?

This proves why your fans are idiots.

There are so many different situations that play out. Different strategies. Coaching chess matches.

When a team is in these games a lot, the fans of that team are watching closely and understanding it more.

Browns fans are usually out shopping or mowing the lawn by Week 6.

what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

You are right some dumb fuck hillbilly steelers fan knows more about football than me, a former football player, all because you guys have watched more games in contention recently. GTFO.

This may be the dumbest argument I've ever heard. And that's counting Capone's. I know just as many retarded steelers fans as I do browns fans. Same goes for Ohio State and Pitt, or ANY other teams you can think of.

Take any sport and nine times out of ten the most knowledgeable fan bases are the teams that are in contention a lot.

MLB - Red Sox, Cardinals, Yankees

College basketball - Duke, North Carolina, Kentucky

High school football - Steubenville, Mooney

The reasons are simple. Those teams have a lot of tradition and they're consistently good so it keeps the fans interested in all aspects of the sport. They follow as much as they can. They watch as much as they can.

Now granted Cleveland, Ohio should be a strong football area but the years of losing, along with the jealousy towards the Steelers, has mostly made everyone messed up or bitter or irrational or they simple don't care anymore.

So I guess that means when I watch college football I'm intelligent, but on Sundays I'm not. What studio logic.
