I actually think the defending champs should remain #1 regardless until they are beaten. They've proven it. They go on the road and face a tough Arkansas team, they bring down a top tier Big 10 team and romp them. Alabama should be #1 until someone proves them otherwise on the scoreboard.

So OSU looking good against 3 bad (horrible) teams, including the worst team in the nation, all at home, plus a game at home in which they "forced" 4 turnovers and won by 12 points is enough to have them ranked number 1? Solid logic.
