its ok, i'm not a fan of people who think they can fight just because they happened to watch a few UFC fights and started working out at their neighborhood gym
as for the saturated fat thing, it could be true if you had the world slowest metabolism. But, all it takes is a little physical exertion and the saturated fats, like all other fats, will be broken down and used by the body.
