No thanks. I'll just wait right here for it. Now they hustle their asses off to get me the right order. No pulling over into a parking space and waiting on the correct order for me!
I worked at McDonalds for 6 years from the age of 16 until I graduated from OSU as a manager. While the High St. location does not have a drive thru, I do know the reason for this. Each car is on a timer from the time they reach the the speaker until they receive their food and leave the line. This information is used to track the performance of each store.
Usually when someone sees that their order is wrong they come into the store to have the order corrected.
I love how people like you expect a fast food business to run flawlessly. Do you know any company that runs flawlessly? Fast food companies are being ran better than some US car companies and banks recently. You don't see the government having to bail out these places. This tells me that these idiot workers and their managers are betting at running a reputable and ethical business than the so called "hot shots" at car and bank companies that had to be bailed out. Errors happen at every company. Have you ever had a recall on your car? Do you rip on the car company as soon as that happens and call them idiot workers for not making a good car the first time around? Ever had to send back a meal at a sit down restaurant because your steak wasn't cooked correctly?
Stop being a whiny little bitch. I would actually like to see how you would perform in that high volume high demand environemnt from 11-2 on a Saturday. Better yet, gameday on High Street starting at 7 in the morning until 11. I would love to see if you can do the job flawlessly. I doubt it.
