A serious question here.Did Buchtel get lucky?Did the tigers take that game to lightly or what?If Massillon were to play them again would it be a different outcome?

Did that guy actually say Massillon was "bigger, stronger, and faster"???

I'll give them the bigger part last year.

The best thing about this game is not having to hear the annoying guy saying " When I say Big, you say Red" and "B-I-G, R-E-D"

You guys should tell that to the Brooke fans...since they were complaining that you couldn't hear the PA on the visitor side.

That guy (who is my friend) now works for NEWS9 , but its his job to hype up the report. You got to admit the video, report, music is all done well. Just thought it was a nice video to show.

... I'd love to make it to this game on Friday, but I have another game to attend with Mrs. 4cards.

Best of luck to both schools and hopefully the kids from BOTH schools come out injury free.

The Massillon QB threw six interceptions. That's why he's not the QB any more. I listened to part of that game on the internet. Believe me, Massillon gave that game away.

For that matter, in week two GlenOak gave the game to Massillon. GO missed an extra point that proved to be the margin of victory for the tigers. But the biggest mistake was when GO fumbled inside the Massillon three-yard line late in the game. All they needed was a field goal to win the game, and they blew it. By all rights, Massillon should have started off 0-2.

Massillon has not beaten a team with a winning record. Big Red has beaten three teams that are otherwise undefeated.

Big Red has a senior leader as QB. Massillon has a sophomore QB who, while very talented, is still very green. He may give Big Red fits the next two years, but I don't think he can handle the pressure this year.

Massillon Vs Big Red is up for Fox 8 game of the week. I know we rarely come onto Cleveland TV's radar, but why not give it a shot. At last glance we were 2nd behind Kent/Ravenna 14-11

You are right, in fact, Massillon should just forfiet now, and that way we dont have to play the game, and risk any injuries.

I don't even know who Akron North is playing and I'm picking the other team. If I did that for every game they ever played, I'd have a .800 winning pct.

Massillon is bigger, stronger, faster. and at the end he said we upset them. That is the attitude alot of the state gives us. We are second tier. That just bugs me . This aint 1980 .We got some pretty darn strong and fast tough guys on our team . Some years better than others . I think this years version is not too shabby.
