Not very exotic here...obviously,venison; have also had pheasant, and buffalo steaks in the past. Vaguely remember chewing on squirrel when I was a kid. Anybody else with game meat on the menu?

(By the way, the Huddle moniker has nothing to do with a hunter's ambition, but instead the grassland bird native to this area).
