Are you still stuck in Toledo? That would explain why.

Sorry. :(

All I can think about is what I could be doing if I was at home. I don't want to be at work, and I certainly have not received any major awards today.

But good for you, se-alum. :D

Nope. But I like it there so I would probably be in a better mood if I were.

School today but no kids. For those of you that teach, that isn't a bad day. This is our pay day and I don't imagine I will find a $500 award in my paycheck this time, but tonight is the Classic Lotto draw so it is always possible that I will win it. In fact, I've already budgeted it into this week's expenditures. You should see my "after bills" balance!

Unfortunately, I do. Some days my head feels like it will explode with all of the useless information that I still have in there.

I lived in a house with MrPoke's cousin and Poke was there a few times and tried to get you to come a few times.

At first I was irritated that I didn't know about it so I could withold more taxes for Christmas, but then I decided that was pretty petty. I realize that I'm truly lucky to have the job I do, when so many are struggling day to day. I'll be using the money toward the family I am sponsoring this Christmas!

Worked on the truck some
Bought a new shotgun and upland jacket
spent the day with my dad
ate a great dinner cooked by a great woman
Now I am enjoying some good beers while watching Planes Trains and Automobiles sitting with the woman while she studies for her board exams

Pretty great day

I had a good day getting prepared for the dinner w/family tomorrow! I've got the desserts made, rolls, all the side dishes are prepared, and the drinks are all stocked in the spare fridge along with a brand new bottle of Belvedere. I also picked up some Seghesio zinfandel that I had my local liquor store order for me.
So, all I have to do tomorrow is cook the bird and heat up everything else. For the first time, I'll actually be able to spend more time with the family tomorrow instead of being chained in the kitchen, so I'm looking forward to it!

Have a great tomorrow, all!
