Big slabs of cold turkey in the roaster in the garage from Thanksgiving part 1 a few days ago. we made sandwiches using 12 grain oatnut bread, washed it down with whatever, had cheddar cheese Ballreich chips and it was pretty good! Of course, with Thanksgiving part 2 tomorrow at my youngest son's and his extended family, i. e. inlaws etc etc etc I'm sure that we will be completely saturated with all the usual Thanksgiving fare and I will be out riding 60 miles tomorrow to lose back the five pounds I'm predicting I'll gain by late tomorrow.

Steak, green beans and sourdough bread. Not too shabby.
