Slightly off topic, but I was just curious what other books the AP has seen fit to "fact check" recently?

I don't know one person who is "afraid" of her. Not at all.

It goes along with the territory, this is how it always is for someone who goes on a media blitz and the public has such a love/hate relationship with her.

The reporter is probably a dick either way but the question can have an effect on how much of a dick he/she is. So if you recall what it was I'd like to know and I really don't want to go shoveling through MSNBC's site to try to satisfy my curiosity.

So, the young lady stood firm in her belief? What does that have to do with facts? People's beliefs do not have any baring on if something is a fact or not. She can believe all she wants but if it isn't true it isn't true.

I too would like to know the question.

Some things need to go no deeper than that....AGREED!!!!

I think's it's hilarious that some of you people get so damn offended if someone degrades your beloved politicians.....It's as if they're attacking you personally or your family.

Get a clue...you don't know Sarah Palin from Ginger F*@%in' Baker....These politicians don't care about YOU. Why are you so invested in THEM?????

^^^agree with that. I'm a Palin supporter and agree that she often gets a raw deal from the liberal media. But the truth is she has put herself out there, and is a polarizing figure as noted above. She's going to get get it both barrels from her enemies. What's really to be questioned is the 'attack' on the lady in line for the autograph signing. Without a link it's impossible to comment.

Since I can't remember the exact wording of the exchange, I can't post the question.

IMO, the question doesn't matter. It was a media attack on someone who supports a person the reporter obviously didn't like.

lol, the question does matter, as it is the whole basis and context for the "attack". If the question was out of line, then we can obviously tell that the reporter was attacking. But, if it was a valid question and the reporter was posing additional questions, then it is fine.

Just because you said it was an attack doesn't mean it really was.

Generally, what you say is true, but in terms of this event, we need a clip or quote.

You guy's do realize that Palin is essentially DOA as a national canidate right. Were talking about a women who was made to look like an absolute fool by the media, then quit her job as govenor and now parades around the country in a bus selling her book.

I mean hell they wont even have to take the dust off the witchcraft blessing video.

You can look at it however you like, I don't care. I just saw no reason for the question or the attack. Clearly, those in line supported Palin to some degree and clearly the MSNBC reporter was there solely to try to embarrass somebody. The condescending tone was more telling than the question itself.

I don't really care if she's actually elected or not, although I would vote for her. I don't care if she divides the republican party...it needs a good shakedown anyway. (so does the democrat party)
What I would like to see her continue to do is get people focused much more on what they want, instead of what party they want. Whether you like her or hate her, she's got people paying attention to her and she's got people thinking. She's doing what McCain, Clinton or Obama for that matter, hasn't done or haven't done to date.
If the two parties get shaken up by her, I say job well done!
............

Chelsea,

No, you do not look like her, although you do have brown hair as she does.

Not the clip that Prescott mentioned, but sort of telling of MSNBC:

I love how at the end, the reporter guy apologizes for putting up pics that "were clearly photoshopped", and that it won't happen again. Well, they already stuck their fingers in the mud to get their agenda across, so what do they care?

This is not the first time that MSNBC, or a reporter from MSNBC, has used edited or photoshopped film to push their agenda.

As Jon Stewart said tonight, both sides are completely nuts in regard to Palin, all in all.

The Right think she is the best thing since sliced bread, the left thinks she is downright horrible.

In reality, she is somewhere in the middle of that.
