Gardens, the old lady wasnt charged with a thing. She was in the hospital for a short time and released.

Thanks......got distracted by all the hoopla and didn't even notice an article. Not surprised about the "no charge", seemed to be a common sensed case of "referred for evaluation". Have to take a wait and see regarding the "civil" aspect.

Wrist Lock, possible/probable fractured wrist/forearm on that lady.

Bear Hug, possible/probable fracture of the sternum, ribs etc. on that lady.

Gardens, hip tossing her is much worse. And with a bear hug most force is spread on the shoulders and upper arms. Which are very strong. Unless like Pudzianowski was doing the hugging.
